1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
14 cup of fresh lime juice (2 limes)
3 cloves garlic, minced
Half a teaspoon of ground cumin
Taste salt and pepper
Add-Ons are available as an option.

Pour 1 cup of canned sweet corn, drain it
1 small bell Pepper, diced
Half a cup of black beans, rinsed and dried
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup mango, diced
Add more hot sauce to your taste.
Instructions:

How to Prepare Vegetables
To begin, wash and cut the onion, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and other optional additions. (such as mango, or bell pepper). For a more mild salsa, you can remove the seeds, membrane, and skin from the Jalapeno, while for an extra spicy salsa, it is best to leave the seeds.

Cilantro can be chopped.
Then, rinse it thoroughly. Discard any stems that are thick or wooden. Finely chop cilantro to give the salsa a fresh herb flavor.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cilantro, chopped onion, tomato, and jalapeno to a large mixing bowl. To create an interesting flavor, you can also add optional ingredients such as black beans, diced mango or avocado.

Add Garlic, Lime Juice and Spices
Sprinkle the ground cumin and salt over the mixture of vegetables, then add the lime juice. If you prefer it spicy, adjust the hot sauce amount to suit your tastes.

Mix and Taste
Taste after mixing all the ingredients. If necessary, adjust your spices, lime juice or salt as required to reach the right flavor balance.

The Flavors will Blend
The salsa should be refrigerated for at least two hours and ideally over night. It allows flavors to develop and meld, creating a delicious salsa.

Service and Enjoy
Once the salsa is out of the refrigerator and has marinated, give it a stir. It can be served with tortillas chips, as well as your favourite Mexican inspired dishes, such fajitas or burritos.
